Spacious Cooking
The GGN61Z is a premium cooker with two ovens, a variable grill, and a hob, so you can cook a wide variety of meals for the whole family.

The main oven has a 78 L gross capacity, two shelves, and a handy light – more than enough space to cook your larger meals, but also suitable for your everyday cooking. You could even choose a function on the programmable timer which will automatically turn the oven off.

The secondary oven has a gross capacity of 34 litres and one shelf, which is great if you’re preparing a quick snack. This additional space comes with a fixed variable grill, as well as a grill pan and handle, offering even more options when it comes to cooking the evening meal.
Blomberg continues to offer variety with the four burner gas hob, which has three different ring sizes. It’s easy to get it going with a push button ignition, while the cast iron pan support will offer greater stability for your saucepans during cooking.

Safe to Use
The hob on the GGN61Z has a flame safety device, so you don’t have to worry about an unexpected gas leak. If your pan were to overflow and extinguish the flame, this feature would cut off the gas supply to the burner.

Another great safety feature is the glass lid with its safety shut off valve. When the hob isn’t in use, you can close the lid, and the gas supply will be shut off completely. The glass lid has other uses too – when you’re not cooking, why not use it as an additional workspace?

Easy to Clean
Cleaning the oven is much easier with this Blomberg model, as the catalytic liners do all the hard work for you. They collect the grease and grime that accumulates from cooking over time, and burn it off when the oven reaches temperatures over 210 degrees. So, all you need to do is give it a quick wipe over now and again. The metal and double glazed glass doors are also quick and simple to wipe clean.

Time to Perfection
You can time your cooking to the minute with the LED clock and minute minder that are built into the GGN61Z. These features will allow you to see, at a glance, how much cooking time you have left. This allows you to prepare the rest of your meal while you wait. Inside, the oven is lined with enamel, so it’s easy to keep the GGN61Z clean. Just give it a good wipe down to keep it spotless.
